Rebecca Bangura is an Australian leadership coach working with women in the property and construction industries. She wanted As her coaching practice and podcast grew, her existing website no longer reflected the clarity, confidence, and professionalism of her work. The goal of this project was to redesign the website to better represent her positioning, integrate her podcast content, and create a more cohesive digital presence aligned with her leadership voice.

The website redesign focused on improving visual consistency, structure, flow, and content presentation. One of Rebecca’s main requirements was the seamless integration of podcast episodes. They had to be easy to discover and naturally embedded within the broader site experience.

We restructured key pages, intwined SEO-focused content, and strengthened the user experience in a way that encouraged potential clients to explore and engage with her work.

A key part of this project was helping Rebecca articulate the visual direction of her brand. While her message and expertise were well-defined, the overall look and feel of the website needed refinement to better reflect her as a coach and a human being - a blend of professionalism and approachability.

We worked closely with Rebecca to shape a clearer brand direction, polishing the existing visual language and bringing greater consistency across typography, color use, and layout.

The redesigned website provides Rebecca with a stronger, more cohesive online presence that aligns with her positioning as a leadership coach. The tone and design now speak directly to women in leadership across property and construction. Clearer structure, refined visuals, and integrated content help communicate her message with confidence and consistency.
